Director, Business & Legal Affairs

Allison is a film enthusiast with over 12 years of legal experience in the entertainment industry, with a primary focus in production & intellectual property law.  Prior to MPCA, Allison worked for 5 years at The Walt Disney Company, starting at ABC Network Legal Affairs before transitioning to the content & marketing legal department at Disney+. Before Disney, Allison spent 5 years in the Content Protection and, later, Compliance legal departments at 21st Century Fox, where she found her calling for a career in studio legal affairs. 

As Director of Business & Legal Affairs at MPCA, Allison works under Jennifer Provencher to support the business and legal affairs division.

She earned her Bachelor’s degrees in French & Political Science at UC Berkeley, spent a year abroad in Paris at the prestigious Sciences Po university, and attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  She is a South Bay native and avid surfer.
